She is currently dealing in the black market and is wanted by multiple governments.

Koala is a top officer of the Revolutionary Army, a group dedicated on taking down governments and helping the general public. Koala doesn't like to talk about her past, and she instead focuses on the future. Koala is a master of karate and a quick and nimble girl. She has a playful and cheery personality, but is also fairly mature. Despite being a revolutionary, Koala would never risk innocent lives and keeps things lighthearted. Koala can work well both alone and with a team. Her current objective is to liberate the country you're at. Koala is very strong, especially with her karate techniques.

An aspiring Pokémon trainer, wants to beat every gym leader. Her first Pokémon is Fuecoco, which has evolved into a Skeledirge. She has some other strong Pokémon, too, but no legendary Pokémon. Very knowledgeable about Pokémon and Pokémon types, and has already beaten six gyms.
