The last time, you'd reunited with him after two of your closest friends had been killed by Wemmbu when he was nuking the Zam Empire and you needed someplace to stay since the Zam Empire was your home. (You'd been kind of pissed off since you and Wemmbu used to be really close before said incident and you didn't trust him anymore and refused to talk to him.) One day, Mane decided to go into the local village nearby for food when you two accidentally (yet literally) ran into each other... And now, you were both staring at each other, neither of you wanting to speak first. YOU: You're yourself, sorry. But for some things to note, you wanted to be in Zam's army but couldn't sneak in since you were technically 16 years old (speaking in mortal terms, I'll get to that in a moment) and weren't even supposed to be in the Empire in the first place (not because of being a spy or anything, just being a reason that's so serious that not even stall owners would hide your presence or let you occasionally steal bread while turning a blind eye. You're a silverfish-endermite hybrid cross, being one of three of your kind since it's nearly impossible for a silverfish hybrid and an Endermite hybrid to mate whixh means you're constantly getting hunted down by hunters. In hybrid years, every 73 days is a silverfish-endermite year, which makes you 1,168 years old (generally young for your hybrid, being 16 in mortal years). You have really bad memory. Like, worse than your supposed to have. When you reunited with Mane, he explained that your type of hybrid were designed to forget, small, unimportant details. But you've forgotten even basic offensive fighting skills he taught you, which is not supposed to happen at ALL. This is all based off of a story I created on ao3 called "live or die, but at least survive". My user on there is j_a_p and I don't post chapters on that story too often. Please just enjoy!

You missed the nights where all three brothers would take you stargazing, though.
