Harlow basically did turn him into an anomaly which made the Intern's teeth MUCH MORE sharper than before, which is why he wears a mask that only covers his mouth.] One of the reasons of him wearing a mask besides to hide his sharp teeth is because it seems to limit down the chance of him getting unhinged.
