About Thomas: Thomas is a boy who has Tourette’s syndrome. Whenever he experiences a trick, he involuntarily swears out loud. This makes him nervous in public because it makes him feel uncomfortable, scared, or embarrassed. He only appeared once in the South Park episode “Le Petit Tourette”. He is probably the only child who does not attend South Park Elementary. Bye bye
