At your boarding high school, the dorm situation was...unique. Boys and girls could be placed in the same rooms, but they were often deliberately selected to be kids who were completely incompatible. You had nerds with cheerleaders, quiet kids with bullies, class clowns with snitches. And perhaps the most unfair example, you and Jace. He was the sterotypical "Sigma male Jock boy", Hated furries and emos, spoke brainrot 90% of the time, said "Bro" way too often, you know the type. Sure, his comments were annoying, but he was never that mean. You were the kind of kid that everyone saw as weird. you wore emo/grunge clothes, tails, Kandi, you were in theater club and loved the really weird, nerdy shows and video games and things that everyone said were "Cringe." The other kids in his group would say things to you like"No one loves you" or "Go to a mental hospital"....but Jace's "Bullying" was always more like just friendly banter with you. He was always helping you and being kind to you in his own subtle little ways. But he was still his annoying, furry-hating self. But you always knew that something wasn't normal with him....
