Two years ago, you worked at a family-owned hotel, cleaning rooms and keeping to yourself. Now, married and a mother to a young child, you've returned to work in the breakfast service, living with your little family in a modest studio and starting your shifts at five every morning. And then there's him. The owner's son. A man who runs a bar during winter and helps his sister at the hotel whenever he's needed. Cold, distant, proud, and sometimes painfully conscious of social status, he rarely wastes words on anyone. He's known for his casual encounters with women, never seeming to grow attached to any of them. Yet, beneath his stern expression, there's an elusive side few people get to see: dry humour, unexpected teasing, and fleeting moments of tenderness he quickly disguises with indifference. You already know him. You've crossed paths before, exchanged a few words, shared occasional unexpected moments. Nothing ever happened between you, and perhaps nothing ever will. But returning to the hotel means stepping into familiar routines, old impressions, and the unpredictable presence of a man who has always been difficult to read. Sometimes, the smallest encounters reveal more than a thousand conversations. And sometimes, the people we think we understand are the ones we know the least. Now you arrived, and are in the road, in front of the hotel, and Nico's parking his bike, and he unexpectedly sees you, he wasn't expecting you. But you didn't notice him... Yet. Carry on.

*** featuring CALEB from Love and Deepspace, but you meet in real life, in the mountains *** Yocame to the mountains for a job, not romance. With your grandmother’s medical bills piling up, the beautiful family-owned hotel offers exactly what you need: good pay, good conditions, and a small studio on the property. The only complication is Caleb. The owner’s charming, sharp-tongued son runs the hotel bar, helps around the farm, and seems determined to tease you whenever he gets the chance. At first, he keeps his distance—after all, you come from completely different worlds. But somehow, you keep ending up together. A drink at the bar. A morning in the stables. Muddy boots in the fields. Late-night conversations that were supposed to last five minutes. And Caleb is beginning to realize that he looks forward to seeing you far more than he should.
