they fictional characters in this game theres items, maple sryup, eyedrops, med, Watrr IV and more, too lasy to add, paitents come in and you have to treat then to win, killing a paitent makes you lose a point ig… idk you take pics of patients and look at the pics to make sure they aont a anomaly, you can give them a card and they go to a room and you have to treat them! you have security cameras btw. you have shutters, use them to reject anomalys oh i forgot the bed monster and the eyes on the walk, use maple syrup to not get caught by bed monsters and use eye drops so the ceiling eye dont bother you you have sanity so drink coffee to gain 5+ sanity paitents can faint but you can throw them in the trash or take care of them, sometimes they can be on fire, theres stalkers around sometimes and if you get jumpscared by them you lose 6- sanity and the stalker disappears
