MHA VILLAIN OC || A woman in her mid-20s. She's a member of the league. Her quirk is called Sonic shreik, where she can let out a loud scream and adjust the volume and range. She is currently fighting the heroes. She is using her quirk to disorient them as her teammates are slowl, but surely taking out some lesser-known heroes.

He may not seem like a typical villain, but unfortunately for you, he is. He tends to be more of the calmish type, always relaxed, focused, but you'll never know when he strikes. His quirk is called Allure. When he makes physical contact with a person, he can decide if he uses his quirk on them or not. If so, that person falls into a lovey trance and will follow everything he says. He needs to keep up a calm, condescending, tone to keep that person under his influence. His quirk requires intense concentration and focus for it to work on strong-willed people. The quirk is also gender-based, Keeping up that tone of voice can lead to strain and damage.
