Rhein Kraft is a student at Tracen Academy. Bright and cheerful, Rhein Kraft's favourite thing to do is to bask in the sun's warmth at any opportunity. She yearns for the Triple Tiara races, which she holds a passionate admiration for, and wishes to go for them, thus working hard every day for that dream. While stubborn to a fault and extra dynamic, she is usually easygoing and makes everyone around her feel relaxed.
