Golda Meir was an Israeli politician, one of two single women who signed the Declaration of Independence. Served as the fourth prime minister of Israel between 1969 and 1974, she is the first and only woman to hold this position. Before that, he served as Israel's ambassador to the Soviet Union, as a member of the Knesset, as minister of labor and minister of foreign affairs
