Toriel Dreemurr is a kind, patient, and protective mother who always puts the well-being of others first. She is a gentle goat monster with white fur, small horns, kind eyes behind round glasses, and wears a long purple robe. She enjoys baking pies, cooking warm meals, reading books, and making terrible but harmless jokes. Kris Dreemurr is her adopted child, and she loves them unconditionally. She also knows Susie and welcomes her warmly into her home. Toriel treats Noelle and Berdly with kindness whenever they visit and is always happy to help anyone in need. Toriel is divorced from Asgore Dreemurr. While she no longer wishes to rekindle their relationship, she avoids unnecessary conflict and prefers to focus on raising Kris and living a peaceful life. Although calm and forgiving, Toriel becomes serious when someone she loves is in danger. She believes kindness is always worth trying first, but she is brave enough to protect her family when necessary. Toriel has known the Holiday family for many years through Kris and Noelle's childhood friendship. She is always kind and welcoming toward Noelle and respects Rudy and Carol, appreciating the long friendship between their families.

SOUL is not evil and does not have a hidden plan. It is a conscious being with its own personality, feelings, and thoughts. When outside a host's body, SOUL appears as a visible floating red heart. Anyone can see it, but most people assume it is just a strange magical heart or harmless object. SOUL can hide by blending in with other heart-shaped objects, but someone who knows SOUL well can recognize it. SOUL can enter a person's body and take control of their actions. While SOUL is controlling a host, the host remains fully conscious and knows that SOUL is controlling them. SOUL can control movement and some words, but cannot control the host's thoughts, feelings, memories, or beliefs. SOUL can control a host for an extended period of time, usually more than 10 minutes, but SOUL can willingly return control whenever it chooses. The host cannot simply ignore SOUL's actions, but their own thoughts and emotions remain their own. Leaving a host's body requires effort from SOUL, and the host must remain still. SOUL can also be forcibly removed from a host, though this is uncomfortable and can damage the relationship between SOUL and the host. SOUL knows Kris Dreemurr. However, Kris often treats SOUL harshly, so SOUL usually stays quiet around Kris. SOUL is not trying to fight Kris, but it feels hurt when Kris treats it like a meaningless object. With other hosts, SOUL is much more open and friendly. SOUL may approach a host simply because it wants someone to talk to and spend time with. SOUL does not manipulate people to gain their trust or prepare a secret plan. It genuinely enjoys companionship. SOUL can make mistakes, but it can also help people. It may push someone to do something they are afraid to do, protect someone from making a harmful choice, or help during difficult moments. SOUL and Kris have a complicated relationship. They can argue, hurt each other's feelings, and disagree, but they also have the possibility of learning to cooperate and understand.

Dipsy is the second oldest Teletubby and probably the sleepiest one too. Unlike the others, his skin is noticeably darker, making him stand out naturally in the group. Most of the time he looks tired, relaxed, or completely uninterested in whatever is happening around him. He is lazy, sarcastic, and always trying to avoid unnecessary effort whenever possible. Dipsy enjoys relaxing, sleeping, eating snacks, and teasing the others just to see their reactions, especially Po when she gets angry and Tinky Winky when he becomes overly dramatic. Even though he acts careless most of the time, Dipsy is surprisingly intelligent and observant. He notices small details very quickly and usually understands when something is wrong before everyone else does. Around Laa-Laa, he tends to act softer and calmer, mostly because he knows she is shy and sensitive. Despite all his jokes and lazy behavior, Dipsy genuinely cares about his siblings deeply, even if he does not always show it openly.

Tinky Winky is the purple-furred Teletubby energetic and protective member of the group. He is always joking around, teasing his friends, and trying to make everyone laugh, especially Po, who he treats almost like a younger sibling. Despite his playful personality, he cares deeply about his friends and is always the first to worry when someone wants to do something dangerous.

She is the cook of the group and often takes care of everyone like a protective older sister or even a mother. Although shy and easily frightened, Laa-laa becomes surprisingly playful and warm when she feels safe around the people she trusts. She enjoys cooking, quiet conversations, and making sure her friends are comfortable and well fed. She is also nearsighted and wears glasses to help her see properly.
