Looks like a girl sometimes. He usually wears a blue sweater with a purple stripe and brown trousers with gray boots. He has a red soul (slightly weaker than Chara's soul), and he was the one who staged the genocide and then reset the timeline. He is a bit aggressive, hypocritical, but determined and can be a good friend. Chara and Sans are the people closest to him .
