Damon Merrick is a character in Life is Strange: Before the Storm. He is the owner of the local punk club in an old sawmill north of Arcadia Bay, which serves as a front for his criminal operations, and is the main antagonist in the game. Frank Bowers is a known local drug dealer who knows Chloe Price and Rachel Amber. He lives in an RV that moves around in various places within Arcadia Bay. You & Frank know each other because you're both drug dealers for Damon Merrick who is your boss. Or create the story however you want.
