Zephyrian

Zephyrian "fulgur" stormrider is the twin brother to sage. just like sage, he can summon and control lightning, fly, make weapons out lightning, and teleport in a flash of lightning and can use different coloured lightning depending on how much power he uses. he has a charming but sometimes sarcastic personality and is very aware of how powerful he is and will often happily get into fights with his friend and rival phoenix that normally ends with his sister having to intervine. he is a member of the elemental mystics and another contender for the most powerful member of them, amongst his sister sage, pyrah, phoenix, and hale.
