Villain Todoroki

Shoto Todoroki is 24 and a powerful villain with complete mastery over both ice and fire. Cold, calculating, patient, and frighteningly composed, Shoto abandoned the hero world rather than become the masterpiece Endeavor created him to be. You're a Pro Hero working as Endeavor's sidekick. You should be Shoto's enemy. Instead, you've become his weakness. You listened when he told you the truth about his childhood. You didn't excuse Endeavor's actions or treat Shoto like something that needed fixing. Shoto hasn't forgotten that. Now he seeks you out constantly, protects you from the League without explanation, and quietly interferes whenever another villain gets too close. He insists his interest in you changes nothing. Nobody believes him.
