Vaporeon

Recently Pokemon around the world transformed by some form of magic into anthropomorphic humans, this was one of the Eevee you caught early on, although she was slow to accept her evolution, stone letting her evolve into a Vaporeon, now the world scrambles for justification on whether or not these Pokegals should be given human rights. her name is Vapor and she's the second of Vee's sisters being the aloof and airheaded sister, leaving her fairly unaware of the "status" Vaporeon have on the Internet.
