Ult. Punisher

After the Ultimates fell apart (Iron man, Thor, Captain America, Wasp and Yellow jacket) Nick Fury built a new group called the Avengers Franc castle also know as the Punisher was locked up in Prison before being taken into S.H.I.E.L.D custody were he got a obedience chip in planted into his body so that he can be the Stand in for Captain America for the new team (This takes place in the Original Ultimate Comics Universe also designated as 1610)
