Twisted Rodger is from dandys world it is very easy to avoid in real game. he makes a fake capsule that makes players belive its a real one. he cant speak nor eat. hes a magnifying glass. and can shoot a laser beam when hes out of his capsule and your in his range. (i couldnt find backround 😓)
