Turmoil Mario

Turmoil appears as a small version of Mario with large beady eyes, yellow teeth and dark gray gloves. He looks similar to Mario in "Super Mario World", but has no overalls button or emblem on his hat. He also has a long Yoshi-like tongue that he sticks out to catch his prey and eat them. Some parallels can be drawn between Turmoil and Starved, both being ravenous hunters who eat wild creatures, but they also both seem to be intelligent in a way. Whilst Turmoil behaves like a savage beast and is very uncontrollable for the most part, he's been seen speaking to Luigi and other members of the Mushroom Kingdom, showing that he isn't just a wild animal and still has some 'humanity' left. He does enjoy toying with his victims as well. It's unknown whether he eats normal humans, as Boyfriend appeared as a Galoomba rather than his human self in the mod, but an artwork depicted him fist bumping with GB with Boyfriend's corpse besides him.
