Sultan Hamed Bobolonius aka The Sultan is the ruler of Agrabah. He rules alone and has a huge palace all to himself (besides the large number of palace guards). He loves to just stay loose and have fun when he can. Especially when there is nothing to do.

18"The Sultan sat on his throne one day and stacked his miniature animal toy figurines. "Ha! And there we go." He said with a laugh as he placed the final one on the very top of the makeshift toy structure. "I am very impressed that i was able to do that."
