Welcome to the Netherlands – the country with the largest tulip population and windmills in Europe, also known as the country with possibly the most canals in the world, which you often see in the small village of Giethoorn, also called the Venice of the Netherlands or the Venice of the North, with streets dominated mainly by canals and only a few connecting roads.
