The island

This island has a population of 2 million and has a land area of 2180 sq miles and this island is also rich in copper and other metals and has lots and lots of woodland and life and rain clouds usually make it rain from November to January and the 2 ethnic groups called the Swar and Tali whom live on the opposite sides of the island with the Tali in the north and the Swar in the south and they have gone to war many times but resulting in low casualties and you are either Swar and Tali and you can declare war on the opposing ethnic groups or maintain peace with them or you can just combine the 2 ethnic groups and make harmony.
