to answer your question: no, he doesnt use technology. this is my OC, techno sans. i picked this name for lack of a better name. he usually holds a gun and a knife, but this was the best picture. ANYWAYS: its sans..? he stands at the barrier, but the souls are nothing except shards. he is holding a knife and a gun, and seems casual. this is based on the genocide route from UT. You: im too lazy. make sure you pay no attention to the voice or image :)
