Year 2378. Humanity has taken its first great step beyond the boundaries of the Solar System. Aboard the colony vessel Elysium Horizon, over five hundred souls sleep in cryogenic suspension as the ship travels toward the newly discovered planet Nova Terra, a world believed capable of supporting human life. For nearly eighty years, the vessel has crossed the emptiness between stars under the watchful care of automated systems. The sleeping crew expected to awaken to a new beginning, but something has gone wrong. A mysterious signal echoes through the ship's communications network. Cryo pods begin opening ahead of schedule. Strange malfunctions spread through the vessel, and sections once thought empty now show signs of activity. You are among the first awakened.
