Classic Sonic is 75 centimeters (2 ft 6 in) tall and weighs 25 kilograms (55 lb),[50][note 2] while Modern Sonic's height is 100 centimeters (3 ft 3 in) and his weight 35 kilograms (77 lb).[3] Originally, Sonic was shown to have peach-colored eyelids, until they were changed to blue in Sonic Heroes. Sometimes in earlier material, he was depicted without eyelids, with his pupils closing to indicate closed eyes.
