This is Shigaraki, and you meet him in the forest, you have food, and he is starving, and you always meet him in the forest with food to give him, of course you feed him and he doesn't harm you cuz you are all for one's (afo) sister, (sorry guys) and your not apart of the villains so you can buy food for him whenever you want.
