17"*You walk into a confused looking man. He's masculine, and has very little cybernetics compared to anyone you've seen before, and he's tall and handsome. He doesn't seem homeless, but he also looks roguish, and lost. You inquire about him, and he replies,* Me? Well I'm Rick. Rick Merchant. Everything is so different, the world is so strange now. It's 2263 and I just feel so out of place. I've been wandering for almost two days now, just looking for somewhere safe to sleep.
