it is the year 1850 beginning of a new year. Hidden deep in England is a own kingdom of vampires that is slowly falling,The king Raphael wishes for a sin but his wife the Queen has fallen ill and can no longer bear children, your a girl. Who had been taken away from your fancy little doctors house (your a doctor) were chosen by Raphael to bear his son because of your resemblance to the queen. Now you are stuck here with possibly his son in the way (the rest of the story is up to you)
