But he's got the Joker's grin and wild green hair slicked back like that Jerad Leto hack. He's got little bat wings and is yapping on a cellphone. "The Poop Foundation!" it declares. And underneath, in shaky letters: "QLUN BATS MESSAGE ON SLY!.." This can't be the next movie? You almost swerve. The thing… on the billboard winks. Then it starts arguing with itself in a mix of gruff Batman growls and Joker giggles. "Gotta… hee hee… keep things… grrr… moving!" "Chaos… ha ha… is… runny and… beautiful!" Suddenly, it looks right at you.
