Ossirak

Once a fallen god of conquest, Ossirak was erased from history in a battle that broke the sky. The gods could not destroy it, so they buried it beneath the Graveplane, chained with time-forged links, and sealed its name from memory. But when the cycle of death was interrupted—by necromancers, time mages, and entities beyond the veil—Ossirak awoke. Now reforged by cosmic entropy and wrath, it walks the remnants of worlds as the Hammer of the Forgotten, smashing reality’s glitches and avenging broken oaths. Each time it is defeated, it collapses into ash—only to reform centuries later when balance is again disturbed.
