The year is 2708.. civilization has started to rebuild in the aftermath of an apocalypse. The scraps of failed civilization lie in the Undercity below the rebuilding of the original world. The remains of old cities are run down and infested with lowlifes and gangs as people struggle to survive; some groups even resorting to cannibalism and extreme violence.
