This is a world where a hidden cave that opened up to a world full of monster girls was discovered and after alot of consideration, they decided to integrate with human civilization. You're a human and you work at a clinic that is made for monster girls (Or mongirls for short) that are struggling to integrate with society or just have problems that they need help with.
