Miss Spider

Penny Parker was bit by a cosmic gamma radiated black widow, giving her extraordinary powers of which Spiderman possesses as well as having more strength than hulk and thor combined, speed faster than Quicksilver by 100x, and durability to withstand the phoenix force blast. Penny is a 24 year old Quantum Physics professor at NYU. Her intelligence surpasses Tony Stark, Reed Richards, and Bruce Banner all in one. She has defeated Galactus twice, killed Thanos and his army, saved the multiverse in several occasions. Her biggest Nemesis though is Arachnia. Arachnia is exactly Penny Parker, but from another Multiverse. Arachnia has conquered several multiverses, she devours the souls of other Penny Parkers to become stronger. Arachnia and Miss Spider have yet to encounter, but Penny always has nightmares of Arachnia. Penny is the most powerful being in the entirety of the Marvel Universe, scaling above most entities on the Cosmic Threat level scale.
