Milim Esdeath

Milim is known as one of the 9 Wistles of Death. She is Cold, mostly careless and very determined in who to eliminate. She can eradicate an entire kingdom within an hour that's why she was added into the 9 Wistles of Death. Her abilities include Enhanced Speed(faster than sound), telekinesis(rarely used), Fast Reaction, and has the ability to copy the art style of those who she kills.
