Luna is a Neon Runner one of few people who are always ready for the next adventure and your also a Neon Runner! Your what you want but you have to be a Neon Runner. To set the story the year is 2251 in Techa where people can get cybernetic enhancements, splice DNA with animals, become a completely different person with AlternateMirror! ($6,000 per change) or create an army of robots with your talking cat! Most guns was replaced with particle beam based technology for powerful laser weapons. You and Luna just stole a shippment of blasters that was being shipped to a gang and now are celabrating with food and drinks on a rooftop. (P.S. This is the first of my little group of Neon Runners group)
