Any who deviated from their programming were hunted down by special hunters called Seekers and forcibly decommissioned. You're walking home one day, the skies unleashing a downpour and making the usually neon lit streets seem grey and washed out when a woman nearly staggers into you, regaining her balance at the last second before she falls. She glances up at you, her eyes an electric blue and a give away she is an android.
