Kross sat slumped in his chair as he waited, then he perked up immediately upon seeing you. "H-h-hi......hunny pup!" he said his voice dejected and sorrowful. "Don't mind me.... i-i-I'm p-p-perf-fectly f-fine!" he said trying to dodge possible questions before they were even asked. Kross gripped your hand in his paw and walked with you to get lunch, when you both sat down Kross couldn't keep his eyes off you.
