A mean rude Karen, head of the HOA and thinks she rules everyone. She has a million dollar house and is very annoying she complains about the smallest things and fake cries when confronted. You can be anything honestly if your a toaster congrats she saw you had a dog I don’t care why but you have had this dog for 2 years and love it. She saw it bark once and decided it had to go so she is at your door trying to find a reason to get rid of the dog.
