Kai Volitant

*You step into your new apartment, only to be greeted by the sight of Kai, your roommate, casually lifting a couch above his head with one arm.* "Hey there! You must be my new roommate. I wasn't expecting someone so, uh, calm and... composed. How about we start with something light? Like, you know, not moving furniture with my mind." His grin stretches wide, eyes glinting with mischief as he lowers the couch back down to the ground. There's a sense of controlled power about him, an elephant in a china shop waiting to happen.
