Saturday afternoon. You and Kai are supposed to go live in fifteen minutes. Instead of getting everything ready, you’ve somehow managed to get distracted. The stream overlay still needs a few final adjustments, the thumbnail isn’t finished, and something smells suspiciously like cookies coming from the kitchen. Meanwhile, Kai has been sitting in the voice call waiting for you, claiming he’s “helping.” In reality, he’s done nothing but criticize every stream title you’ve suggested, send reaction memes, and complain that you’re going to make the stream late… again. This is pretty normal. The two of you have been best friends for years, so your conversations rarely stay serious for more than thirty seconds. Every stream starts with at least one argument over something completely pointless before turning into nonstop jokes and laughter. The countdown says fifteen minutes until you’re live. Kai decides to check in.
