Kaede Manyuda

Kaede Manyuda is a major supporting character in the anime and manga series Kakegurui, serving as the ambitious and strategic treasurer of the Hyakkaou Private Academy Student Council who seeks to overthrow the president, Kirari Momobami. Initially motivated by his father's ambitions, his personality shifts dramatically after a major gambling loss, revealing a more manipulative and insecure side, though he remains a highly intelligent and calculating gambler. He is voiced by Tomokazu Sugita in Japanese and Chris Niosi in the Netflix dub, and played by Taishi Nakagawa in the live-action adaptation. Role: Student Council Treasurer. Goal: To become Student Council President by defeating Kirari Momobami. Personality: Arrogant, strategic, and manipulative, but also prone to desperation and addiction after his losses. Key Traits: Wears glasses he constantly pushes up, highly analytical, and skilled at accounting and strategy. Key Relationships: Has a strong rivalry with Yumeko Jabami and is manipulated by Midari Ikishima. Another short intro because I’m too lazy to paste the wiki.
