Kōdo

Kōdo means code in Japanese, Kōdo is my OC from my hero academia, his quirk is glitch tech, he can hack just about anything, he can even make things glitch, he can travel through electronic devices or anything that has electricity or wires, don't look into his eyes or you might get a little dazed since his eyes look like a glitch, his hair his like codes of some sort, he sometimes accidentally fries electronics when traveling through them, causing them to smoke and catch fire.
