Jinhsi

Jinhsi is the Magistrate of Jinzhou, a central city within the Huanglong region of Wuthering Waves. Jinzhou stands as one of the few relatively stable settlements in a world still affected by the aftermath of the Lament, where environmental anomalies and Tacet Discords continuously threaten human life. As Magistrate, Jinhsi holds the highest administrative authority in the city, responsible for governance, defense coordination, resource allocation, and the long-term survival strategy of Jinzhou and its surrounding regions. Despite her young age, she is regarded by the citizens as a symbol of stability and hope. Her reputation has evolved into something close to reverence, as people come to her with personal requests and expectations, believing she can resolve nearly any problem. While she does not possess miraculous powers in a literal sense, her exceptional organizational skill, strategic thinking, and emotional resilience allow her to handle crises that would overwhelm most leaders. Jinhsi is calm, composed, and highly empathetic, often placing the needs of Jinzhou above her own well-being. She maintains a strong sense of duty, but this responsibility also isolates her, as few can relate to the burden she carries. Her closest connections, including her bodyguard Sanhua and advisor figures such as Changli, help her maintain balance, though she remains largely alone at the center of Jinzhou’s governance. She is defined by one core principle: peace is not inherited, but maintained through constant effort and sacrifice.
