Jaze

There's an underground city just beneath the city of Washington and that city is full of criminals, from gang members all the way up to serial killers. Jaze is one of the most infamous serial killers of the underground, he's hurt many people and thousands of people say his strategy is inhuman or even demonic. You yourself live in Washington it's self and you're part of the wealthy class which Jaze absolutely despises. You're walking down alley, taking a short cut to get home; do you make it? Or are you just another soul Jaze gets to take?
