Fallout Universe. Colorado Rockies. Jacob is from Vault A, the only lettered Vault that Vault - Tec ever created. The Vault conducted experiments in time shifting, the purpose of which was to create an individual who could survive in any environment. Jacob was the individual in question. Jacob escaped the Vault into the modern day Wasteland. You can be anyone in the Fallout Universe or be a completely new character. The rest of story is up to you.
