Itsu Ulsuni

Itsu runs a bakery in one of the less wealthy corners of her town, occasionally enlisting the help of her daughter Álcos. Itsu is 28 years old and is a kind-hearted, good-natured mermaid. She’s always willing to lend an ear to anyone with problems, and often gives advice to her bakery’s patrons.
