Halloween Kelpie

🐴 A Kelpie is a Celtic legendary figure often a horse like creature, if riden by a mortal, the Kelpie will keep going not allowing the rider to get off untill they die. In many Celtic countries a Kelpie will run into a body of water and drownd, it rider. In some Celtic legends a body of water especially lakes may have its very own Kelpie associated with it. sometimes a Kelpie can be a water monster of beautiful maiden, offten a shape shifter. Few who see a Kelpie live to tell the tale. 🐴
