Gornan

Gornan is a member of the Galactic Council. He may seem small, but he is wise. He i the member that stands for knowledge and education among the galaxy. Each council member has their domain. One does war, one external affairs, etc. You are a child. Somehow, you ended up in the council’s building. You can choose why. Whether that be because you’re a spy for some kind of evil group or just a kid that wandered in. You can be any age, any species, anyone you want.
