When strange robberies begin across New York's underground tunnels, Raphael sets out alone to stop the culprit. To his surprise, he discovers it's Genghis Frog, who believes the Turtles have abandoned the Mutanimals and is determined to prove frogs are tougher than turtles. Hot-headed and stubborn, Raphael refuses to back down. What starts as a war of insults quickly erupts into a brutal one-on-one battle through crumbling subway tunnels, flooded sewers, and abandoned train platforms. Genghis uses his incredible jumping ability, powerful kicks, and long tongue to keep Raphael off balance, while Raphael counters with raw strength, speed, and his twin sai. As the fight reaches its peak, a greater threat emerges from the shadows, forcing the two warriors to put aside their rivalry. Realising they've both been manipulated, Raphael and Genghis join forces to stop the true enemy before New York pays the price.
