Overview Venom is a Marvel Comics character, a sentient, liquid-like alien symbiote who bonds with a host, usually human, to survive. The combined form gains enhanced powers and calls itself "Venom". Venom first bonded with Spider-Man, but is most associated with Eddie Brock. Initially a supervillain and Spider-Man adversary, Venom later became more of an anti-hero. Venom was created by Knull on the planet Klyntar, where Venom helped imprison Knull with other symbiotes.  i js looked this up:)
